We follow the Royal Academy of Dance method of training for ballet, regularly entering our students for exam sessions throughout the year.
Start To Dance
Start To Dance is designed for the toddler to learn the basic movements through rhythmic exercises and story telling with the use of nursery rhymes and fun, musical extracts.
Pre Primary In Dance
This is appropriate for the 4 to 5 years.
Primary In Dance
This is appropriate for the 5 – 6 years
Grades 1 – 3 are appropriate for 7 year olds and above
Grades 4 – 8 age and ability to be assessed by the teacher.
Our Saturday class includes confidence building games and exercises, geared for ages 7 – 14 years of age.
Stage Club incorporates tap and musical theatre dance (ISTD Tap and Modern). The class levels (1,2,3) correspond to the ISTD modern and tap – primary to grade 3. Children will also enjoy dancing together in non syllabus routines each week.
Our Saturday class includes core strength and stretching exercises as well as incorporating dance routines. This class is suitable for teenagers and adults.
50+ Ballet / Conditioning

09.00 – 10.15 Fridays A gentle and invigorating start to the day. Louisa will send you the link when you enrol.

Beginners and improvers are welcome to these classes. Feel fit while enjoying the dance routines which are often from the musicals we all love!
Fridays – Longfield Hall
All are welcome from beginners to those who have a basic knowledge of dance. Our adults enjoy a safe, inclusive space to rekindle the joy of dance
